Polypropylene formed by the transformation of Monomer Propylene into a polymer; It is very resistant to acids, bases and high temperatures. It is used with peace of mind in coastal towns where moisture is intense, even in regions with high air temperatures during the summer months. It is resistant up to -70 ° C and + 70 ° C. Thus, factors such as color fading and wear do not occur. One of its most important features is that it is durable and aesthetic. It is presented to your liking in many color varieties. It is also very easy to install and transport with our package system.

Installation Details
25 cm plastic modules obtained from our standard molds are placed on the steel galvanized gussets, both ends are tightened with plastic nuts, and assembled by inserting them into the lines in the strut profile. Thanks to the lines on the strut profiles, the desired angle and inclination can be achieved. Polycarbonate heads that we produce with our standard molds are attached with smart screws to cover the top of the stud profiles. Aluminum posts are mounted on the hard floor with an aluminum cast base or iron sheet plates painted in the oven with static powder paint. Galvanized EPDM concrete screw is used in the mounting of the profile to the floor.

- B) Galvanized Post profile: It is made of 50 x50 mm wall thickness 2mm iron box profile and painted in the oven with static powder paint. It is mounted on the concrete floor with an iron sheet leg of 120×120 mm wall thickness of 5mm welded to its profile. Unit weight is 2994 gr.
- Galvanized Connection Rod; They are worm gear screws with a diameter of M10, a length of 1030 mm. It is used to join plastic fence modules. It provides strength by directing the forces coming to the modules to the posts. While joining the body, 4 galvanized steel studs are used. Unit weight is 474gr.
- Aluminum die-cast base; 103.8 * 103.8 mm end base width, 55.5 mm height It is manufactured as aluminum casting and is painted in the oven with static powder paint in the desired color. 4 outer bolt holes and 2 inner bolt holes are drilled. Unit weight is 294 gr.
- Plastic fastening washers (small); It is pressed in the form of a 19mm * 10mm ellipse with an injection method with a hole so that M10 screw passes through the middle. It is placed between the gig nut and the plastic module. It prevents the plastic module from stretching and provides an aesthetic appearance. Unit weight is 4 gr.
- Plastic fastening washers (large); It is pressed in the form of a 19mm * 17mm ellipse with a hole in the middle with an M10 screw through the injection method. By combining and aligning plastic modules, it prevents stretching and provides strength. Unit weight is 6gr.
- Plastic wheel nut; It is pressed by injection method with a diameter of 23.2mm and a width of 35mm and a hole with a M10 shank in the middle. It is mounted on both ends of the steel studs, allowing the assembled fence to be mounted on the strut profile. Unit weight is 14gr.
- Aluminum Post lath; It is made of 21.8mm wide, 10 mm wide, 990 mm long aluminum and painted in the oven with static powder paint in the desired color. It serves to cover the unused parts on the props aesthetically. Unit weight is 116 gr.
- Polycarbonate / Plastic Pillar Cover; It is 77.5 mm in diameter, 64 mm in height, and is pressed from high density Polypropylene (PP) raw material by injection method with flame retardant and colourfast chemicals. It covers the top of the posts. Provides an aesthetic appearance. Unit weight is 26 gr.
- Galvanized plated steel screw with 3×75 mm key head; It is used for mounting the casting base on the ground.
- 9×13 mm YSB type bolt; It is used for mounting the plastic fixing head to the aluminum fixing profile.
